Native Air Pilot

Upon winter's cutting edge
And night's astringent chill
Of grassy knolls and splendor hill
Snow crested mountains
And mossy peat.
Of blithe hearty laughter
And noonday sweets
Minted days of bliss
And nights of spiral spice.
The scented remembrance
of a poet's life.
